I am tryuing to burn a hard drive ISO image to a new blank Memorex 8.5 GB disc: DVD+R Dual Layer 8X. My DVD drive will burn to dual layer discs. When I try to burn, I get an error message saying that there is insufficient disc space. The message goes on to say that the space required is 7.57 GB and the space available is 7.96 GB. Although the 7.96 available is obviously more than the 7.57 required, the blank disc ejects. Please advise. Thanks! Jay

Please use the latest version of DVD Author Plus. It will allow you to use the full capacity of your Dual Layer DVD's. If you still have a problem, flash your DVD drive with the latest firmware and it will allow you to burn your disc.
