How to create a video DVD ISO from files on my hard drive?

I want to create a video DVD, but not burn it to disc just yet. Can I create a video DVD ISO file from files on my hard drive?

Yes, DVD Author Plus can create an ISO image from files on your hard drive. Choose the DVD Video button from the toolbar, and add your videos to the storyboard. Click Next, then in the 'Write To' pulldown select the 'Image Recorder' device. You can then choose a directory to write the ISO image to.
